Great double room in spacious Wimbledon house

This is a really great house that I’ll be sad to leave, as I’m moving to North London. I’ve lived here for the past 2 years and have absolutely loved it.

The house is really spacious, with plenty of room to relax and socialise. There’s a large kitchen with loads of fridge/freezer space, high ceilings, a big living room and 3 bathrooms shared between 4 housemates. There’s also a private garden/patio which gets loads of sun in the summer.

The location is brilliant too. The house is 5 minutes’ walk from Wimbledon Station, around 10 minutes from South Wimbledon, and just 2 minutes from a large Morrisons. There are also loads of pubs, restaurants and shops nearby.

The housemates

You’d be living with three friendly guys:

Ollie, 22 – works in sports betting. Chelsea and AFC Wimbledon fan, and enjoys playing tennis and golf.

Charlie, 28 – works in insurance. Big Millwall fan, and likes playing golf and going to the gym.

Rory, 30 – works in banking and is always up for a pub trip.

The room

The room is a good-sized double in a spacious house with plenty of communal space so you won’t feel cramped.
