Double bedroom available

Looking for a female aged between 29-37 ideally who works in the office a minimum 2-3 days a week.
The room is a double bed with under bed storage and built in wardrobe. There is a living room and separate kitchen which was renovated last year and then a shared bathroom. The flat has its own private front door with a small outside area at the front.

I am a 33 year old female, I am wfh 3 days a week, ideally looking for someone who is chilled and respectful but also up for hanging out and making the flat a home!

Also open to renting if you need a room just 2-5 days mid week.
