Double room in friendly shared house

Hi!

We are looking for a new housemate to take a double bedroom we have free in our shared house in Wimbledon. The room is fully furnished, and has a (purely aesthetic) fireplace.

Our house is centrally located in Wimbledon with a 7 min walk to Wimbledon station (District Line, National Rail which is direct to Waterloo, Trams), 20 min walk to South Wimbledon (Northern Line), 10 min walk to Wimbledon Village.

Kitchen/living room shared.
2 bathrooms, both shared.
Little front garden with table/chairs.
On street parking where you can pay for a permit (around 90 for 6 months).

We all chip in for the house bits and bobs once a month (which is £10 a month). The room also requires one month’s rent as deposit.

You’d be sharing with four existing housemates, two guys and two girls aged 25-31.

We're all working professionals with a mix of jobs across consulting, marketing, product management and journalism. We also all work hybrid with a mix of days in the office vs days at home. Ideally, we're also looking for someone who works hybrid. We would love someone who is clean, sociable and can match our house vibe - we like to do things as a house such as going to the cinema, playing tennis and love our local pub quiz. Definitely more of a home rather than a shared house :)
