Friendly Houseshare In Wimbledon

Our house is in a super convenient location situated in between both Raynes Park and Wimbledon stations. We are close to the local shops, cafes and bars including the local Waitrose and Starbucks. There are great transport links into Clapham Junction, Waterloo, Kingston and Surbiton and of course the District line tube at Wimbledon!

We currently have a cosy room which comes furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The remainder of the house is also neutrally decorated with a good size kitchen and shared living room. There is a small, sunny, patio garden and the house also benefits from a bathroom, shower room and separate wc.

You will be sharing with other friendly, considerate professionals who each do our bit to make the house homely and welcoming, so we're looking for someone similar to join us.

The rent is excluding bills and the equivalent of one month’s rent is required as deposit to secure the room.

The property is in council tax Band F
