We are looking for fun, easygoing and sociable people to get along with the existing housemates as we wish to maintain the good homely/friendly atmosphere. The household is considerate of other people's space and appreciates a quiet night's sleep (especially during the working week). The house is clean and tidy and everyone does their bit so it is important that this is appreciated and that you are prepared to do your share. We also have a cleaner who comes once a week to help (this is suspended at the moment). All bills are around £50pcm on top of the rent. Council tax is included in the rent.
