Peaceful, calm, well furnished, immaculate, double glazed modern 3 bedroom house with wi-fi internet broadband, lounge, kitchen, laundry facilities, private shared bathroom with one person only, garden. Between East Putney and Southfields station. Bus routes 39, 93, 14, 493 at 1'm from home. No pets. Would suit clean and tidy academic responsible student.
The house is at walking distance from All England lawn Tennis where the championship is held yearly in June. It has the benefit of outdoor activities with its parks and at the same time at a very easy access to central London.
Reasonable use of the kitchen preferred.
