The room is in the loft so away from the rest of the house and therefore quite private and tucked away.
It is within a 6-7 minute walk to the 57 bus stop on Coombe Lane which goes into Kingston (about a 15 minute bus ride) and stops right outside KIngston Hospital, so ideal for anyone working there.
We are also a few minutes walk from the 200 bus stop which goes to Raynes Park and Wimbledon, where there are main line stations and tube.
Wimbledon Village is a 15-20 minute walk away and Raynes Park is around 8-10 minutes walk. There is a Waitrose in Raynes Park and some very nice coffee shops, as well as other useful shops, hairdressers etc.

I am looking for a kind, caring, friendly, sociable female who is also happy to help with a little light housework (cleaning the shared bathroom and kitchen).
