Large double room available from May 1st for single occupancy in quiet, clean, polite flat share with 3 others. Well equipped kitchen. We are a friendly and considerate household and are looking for someone similar. Room comes with a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of draws. Good Virgin broadband connection. Landlord will require references from current employer, previous landlord and will do a credit check. Ideally looking for someone who works a Monday to Friday office hours. No shared living room or garden access.
