A ground floor maisonette in the Merton Park/Wimbledon area. Property boasts a private back garden. Open plan dining room and kitchen opening out to garden. 1.5 bathrooms: bathroom 1 has bath/shower, white suites with toilet. Another separate toilet next door.

This tasteful, light and modern maisonette has three rooms, with one currently being occupied by myself and the second recently secured by a young, professional, male. The smaller double room is also fully furnished with a double wardrobe, bedside table and a double bed.
Please feel free to bring your own furniture.

The existing tenant is a relative of the live out Landlord. There is a dog living at this property and she is 8 years old. She is friendly, very playful and easy going! Looking for someone who likes dogs and would enjoy having a non-fussy pet around!

The maisonette is in a excellent access to central London and Surrey with many transport links. Less than a few minutes walk there is a Tesco, Co-op, M&S serviced petrol station, news agents, NHS practice, pharmacy, Costa Coffee, restaurants, laundrette, pub, dry cleaners. Wimbledon Chase Rail station is also within a few minutes walk with links to London and Luton. Buses outside the property take you to Wimbledon, South Wimbledon, Raynes Park, 5-10 minutes. Many lovely parks and gardens nearby.

To walk, Wimbledon town centre and station is 10-15 minutes on foot, as is South Wimbledon station. Merton Park Tram stop is 5-10 minutes away on foot. Parking is possible on the side road next to the property, with a parking permit or pay with metre.
