Light and spacious Double Room

I have a large double room in a shared apartment in a lovely tree lined street at the bottom of Wimbledon Hill. Less than 5 min walk to station, village and town centre. The room includes a fireplace (not working but looks very nice!), double bed, bedside table, desk, wardrobe and large wall mounted TV with Sky. The house is extremely clean and the kitchen and bathroom are of a very high standard. The bathroom is shared with one other female tenant. The monthly rent includes all bills, a cleaner fortnightly and shared household items such as cleaning and kitchen products. We are looking for a neat and tidy female to join our nice home.
