Compact but nice single room in a friendly, well-kept, quiet home 3 minutes walk to everything including Wimbledon Station, shops, cinema, pubs, restaurants, gyms, theatre, etc. Only a short train ride to Waterloo. Broadband supplied by Virgin. There is a washer, dryer, microwave and 2 fridges. There are two lounges. The bedroom has a wardrobe, chest of drawers, night table, and 22' freeview TV. It looks into a garden with 3 patio areas and bike shed. Would suit someone working or studying full time without much stuff either looking for Monday to Friday or short term. This is not suitable for full time long term. Share with owner, one full time lodger and one cheeky cat. And three chickens. Clean, considerate, non-smoking animal lover would be ideal.
