Double room in Wimbledon Park

Small double room in Wimbledon Park female houseshare - £765 PCM inc. bills. Available from 2nd December however a move in date of early January 2025 can be considered.

One of our housemates is sadly flying the nest, so we’re looking to welcome someone new!

You’ll be sharing with two females. One of us is a copywriter and works from home two days a week, and the other is a post grad student so out a few days a week (timetable dependant).

Our ideal housemate is another female of a similar age, who is respectful with a good sense of humour. We’re a lovely bunch who like a chat and a glass of wine but we’re not a party house - we’re more the type to get a takeaway and binge a Netflix drama in an evening. We have a large back garden (fantastic for summer evenings), so those with green thumbs are very welcome!

The house is in a great location - we’re less than ten minutes away from Wimbledon Park station (District Line) and Haydons Road station (Thameslink). The 156/N87 bus stops are less than a minute away too. We’re just across the road from a huge Home Bargains store, are a short walk from the Plough Lane retail park (Lidl, Starbucks, Greggs) and are sandwiched between two Co-Ops. We’re also super close to the Woodman Pub, some lovely coffee shops and the gorgeous greenery of Wimbledon Park.

We also have a cat that turns up as she pleases (once every few months), so one to bear in mind if you have any allergies.
