We're ideally looking for someone who is friendly and happy to have a chat, keeps things clean/tidy and is happy to pitch in and help around the flat.

well connected. 2 min walk to Wimbledon station for south west trains ( 17 mins to London waterloo, 7 mins to Clapham Junction) , District and Circle line, Tram, Thameslink.
10- 15 mins walk to south Wimbledon station for the Northern line
Loads of Buses - 131, 57, 493, 93 to tooting, Vauxhall, Clapham, Putney etc
5 mins walk to Wimbledon broadway - lots of shops , restaurants and the broadway shopping centre, Cinema , Pubs etc
10-15 mins walk to Wimbledon village and Wimbledon common and a short walk to the wimbledon tennis in the Summer
