We are looking for a new flatmate for our terraced house in Wimbledon. The room available is a really spacious double with loads of storage space including two double wardrobes. The house has a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower and a small outhouse which houses the washing machine and dryer.

Current tenants are a female (30) and male (30) who work in communications and branding. We are friends from uni and often watch TV and chill together of an evening. We are looking for a young professional who is laid back and enjoys wine.

The house is situated 4 minutes to both Wimbledon main station and South Wimbledon tube (which the 24/7 northern line operates to) and Wimbledon High st is at the end of our road.

Our current housemates are moving out on the 11th June so we are looking for somebody fairly sharpish.

Single person rate is £580
Couple rate is £650
