2 Double Bedrooms in Wimbledon

2 Double Bedrooms available from December 1st!
Bigger room - £700 PCM
Smaller room - £650 PCM

Both bedrooms are on the first floor and share a bathroom.

Downstairs there is a social living space with a modern kitchen, comfy sofas and a TV with Netflix etc.

There is also a garden with patio space and a shed.

The house was re-done in 2016 including new carpets, new kitchen, new wooden floor downstairs and large bi folding doors.

You will be living with two other girls - Jess (24) works at Debenhams in their central marketing team and Emer (25) is a full time Pilates instructor.

The rooms are available from December 1 but we could be flexible and move out earlier if required. Before move in we would require the security deposit and a £40 pp referencing fee. On December 1st we would require the full months rent and bills. Bills are set at £113 per person which include WiFi, electricity, heating, water, council tax and a weekly cleaner!

Rent and bills will go out on the first of every month.

The house is a close walk (12 mins) to Wimbledon Station and South Wimbledon (18 mins).

It currently takes us 45 minutes to commute into Central London.
