Lovely double room in Wimbledon with garden

We are looking for a new housemate for our lovely house in Wimbledon. Move in date is the 3rd of April.

The house is in a great location and Wimbledon, South Wimbledon and Raynes Park are all within a 15 minute walk. Wimbledon Chase is just a 2 minute walk around the corner too! We have a shared kitchen, lounge and garden, perfect for relaxing in the sun or a barbecue (if the weather is nice)!

The room itself is spacious, bright and fully furnished. The road is quiet and very friendly.

The current housemates are professionals in their 20s and 30s (a teacher, graphic designer, a special needs teacher and an actor). We are very friendly and relaxed, and all appreciate living in a clean and tidy house and respect each other's space. We enjoy time to ourselves but also like to spend time together, hanging out in the kitchen whilst making dinner.

The kitchen has everything you need and the room comes with a bed, wardrobe and drawers.

Bills (council tax, gas, electricity and internet) are not included, and we usually budget about £80 per month for these. We also have a cleaner who cleans the communal areas every two weeks (approx. £7 each), and we put £10 in a kitty each month to buy things like cleaning products and loo roll. There is also an £80 fee to change the contract.
