We are a friendly house in Wimbledon/Merton looking for a professional, responsible, easy-going person to share and contribute to our large home & garden.

The room is large with king size bed, plenty of built-in cupboard storage; a dressing table and mirror; and lots of natural light from the south facing window overlooking the garden.

The house is located within the quiet, garden-village, sanctuary of Merton Park, within 8min walk from the Northern Line's Morden Station & shops and 15min walk from Wimbledon Station.

The facilities include large garden, garage for storage, a luxury bath/shower, downstairs WC, modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, open living rooms, mains fire alarm system, broadband, virgin media and Netflix, etc.
