We are a young family, very relaxed, friendly and accommodating, looking for a professional housemate to share a room in our wonderful three bedroom family home in Wimbledon. The fully furnished room is on the 2nd (top) floor of the house with lots of privacy. You also have kitchen available with access to the garden.
We have a spacious double room with en-suite bathroom (with walk in shower) available from 1st September 2024.
We are looking for a clean person, non-smoker. We also cannot have someone with a pet. The property is not suitable for someone who works from home.
The rent for a single person is £850 per month. All the bills are included. We would require a deposit of £400.
