It is ideal for home-working, with M350 broadband included. There are bathrooms on both upper levels of the house and a separate cloakroom/utility on the ground floor.

Positioned on a very quiet street, the house is about 10 minutes walk from Wimbledon station, with trains that go every 10 min to Waterloo station and district line transport. There are good local shops, pubs, gyms and cinemas all within an easy walk. Wimbledon Common is also within easy reach.

The flatmates are young professionals looking for someone who's easy to get on with, sociable, likes to hang out and have a chat, but also is respectful of private space and cleans after themselves.

The house comes with a large living room, a downstairs utility/laundry room and a large newly refurbished kitchen. There are two bathrooms, with the larger one including a bath, as well as a downstairs toilet.

Included in the rent, as well as the normal bills, is 1.5 hours basic house cleaning a week and the garden will be maintained by the landlord. This is the only property managed by the landlord which means it is maintained to a high standard and any problems are dealt with very quickly - just ask the existing tenants!
