We're Jade, Tobi and Tom and we're looking for someone to take my room as I (Jade) will be moving out mid July.

Tom and Tobi both work in the city and are friendly and up for making meals together and hanging out but also respect people's privacy if/when they want it!

It's a double room to rent in Wimbledon Park from 16th July. £605 per month not incl. bills. Free off street parking.

Double room with built in storage, in a 3 bed flat. Open plan kitchen/ lounge. Bathroom shared between 2.

Monthly bills = approx £80-£90

7 min walk to Wimbledon Park station (district line).

20 min walk into Wimbledon town centre. 2 min walk to bus stop (route 156) and 5 min walk to bus stop (route 493). 20 min walk to Earlsfield train station

Bright and airy flat, with lots of amenities nearby.
- Bounce gym = 3 minute walk
- Co-op = 5 minute walk
