Double room in a two bed flat share in Wimbledon

Looking for someone to rent the 2nd room of the flat as my housemate is moving out. The room is available from 4 October.

Bright Street facing room with a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. It also has a chest of drawers and a bedside table. The flat is located between Wimbledon Park (District Line) and Wimbledon (District Line, and South Western Railway) where a train can take you to Waterloo in 17min. There is a shared kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine & living room with a beautiful big window and loads of natural light, shared bathroom with a bath tub and shower. Heating is underfloor.
You will share the flat with me, I'm 31 year old originally from Greece. I have a very relaxed, respectful and fun personality, I am clean and very tidy. Looking for someone who values cleanliness, is tidy, respectful, mindful, and considerate.
I like going to the gym, travelling, spending time with friends, going to the cinema, exploring new places, and my passion is to fly my drone. I would like to live with someone who is sociable and would be up to have a drink, dinner or watch a movie together on occasion but also someone who needs their privacy and space.

I’m office based and working Mon-Fri between 8-5pm.

Bills are not included.
All together will be approximately £1050 including all bills.

Wimbledon is a beautiful area with lots of super markets, bars, restaurants, Gyms, Cinema and Parks.
