Large, furnished double room in spacious and peaceful house (garden maisonette) right on the doorstep of Wimbledon Common – perfect combination of leafy quiet and great amenities.

Two very friendly, easy-going housemates (not a couple) who both enjoy sitting down and having occasional meals as a house. One English male, a tennis coach; one Italian girl who is an artist.

Garden been recently landscaped with a new lawn and flowers, gets sun throughout the day making it a lovely place to relax.

There’s a conservatory frequently used as a light and roomy study with a view out to the garden.

Good transport links with a bus stop just round the corner, and the District line within walking distance (12 mins) at Southfields station.

Co-op and local shops within 2 minute walk, with larger shops
in Southfields.
