We have a bright and cosy double room available for one person *short term only* From 20 December 2021 to approx. 20 February 2022.

Great location: 5 min walk to Wimbledon Park station (District Line); easy and fast connection to the centre of London. 7 min walk to Earlsfield train station. 156 bus stop in front of the house.

Walking distance to the beautiful Wimbledon Village, Southfields and Wimbledon Park.

The house is privately rented long-term, it has a garden and 4 double bedrooms (each for single occupancy). You will be sharing with 3 friendly and easy-going professionals (2 females and 1 male).

We keep the house clean and tidy, are friendly and respectful of others and we are looking for a like-minded person. Please note this is not a party house and it would best suit someone who values privacy and is looking for a place to rest after work or who works from home, etc.

The room is located on the first floor, it's bright and spacious, furnished with a wardrobe, a double bed and table with chairs. Additional storage space is available in the house.

All bills (WiFi, electricity, gas, water, TV license, council tax) are included and there are no additional fees.
