Single room available - FEMALE preferred!

Hi! We have a single room available (please note this is a single bed/boxroom!!) in our lovely house in Wimbledon Park. You’ll be sharing with Teo, 28, a media marketing assistant from New Zealand, Lucia, 24, a musical theatre performer from Bath and myself, Emily, I’m 31 from Cambridgeshire, and work as an EA/Office Manager. We are preferably looking for a woman to move in to fit the vibe of the house, and LGBTQ+ friendly please (we are all queer!) You’ll be 5 minutes walk from Wimbledon Park station, and 15 minutes walk from Earlsfield station which has TFL trains to Clapham/Vauxhall/Waterloo. The room is small but cosy, with a storage unit. We have a loft and some spare cupboards if you need additional storage space. We have a back garden and patio, a nice size living room, although we usually hang out in the kitchen as we have a breakfast bar and sofa there also. Upstairs and downstairs bathroom both have showers, upstairs also has a bath. Price for the room includes all bills, £200 deposit is required up front to secure the room and is returned upon your departure providing you give 4 weeks notice, otherwise this is non refundable.
