Double with good storage close to Earlsfield

Our current housemate is moving out so we are looking for a third. I’m a live in landlord. The room isn’t huge but it’s a decent double with good storage. Sharing bathroom with one other - bathroom is marble with freestanding bath and separate shower. Nice kitchen - large floor to ceiling cupboard for all your stuff. Double lounge with tv with Netflix etc etc. Ideally looking for someone that is in the office most days but there is a study if you need to work from home occasionally. Potential to allow wfh full time for a higher rent to allow for full time use of the study.

- bedside table
- large built in wardrobe
- chest of drawers
- decorative fireplace

About us:
I’m a 30 y/o professional working in real estate, I tend to be in the office 4/5 days a week. Reens is a 31 y/o working in insurance, she tends to be in 4 days a week. We’ve shared lots of houses over the last 10 years and respect each others space and keep the kitchen etc clean. We’re both out a lot of the time but chill on the sofa together when we’re home. We both enjoy sport and play tennis together in Wimbledon park. I play hockey and reens plays lots of tennis. Looking for someone laid back who will be a good fit in the house.

Transport wise close to Wimbledon Park for district line (8 min walk) or Earlsfield for trains to Vauxhall or Waterloo (12 min walk). Bike storage with space for 1 bike in the front garden.

Room is available 11th June. Looking for someone to stay until end 2023.

Bills not included, likely to be around £200 per month. Cleaner included every week including for your room. Broadband, Netflix, Amazon, Disney plus etc.
