Hello,
I have a large double room to rent in Wimbledon Park. The house is 10 minutes walk to Wimbledon Park tube station and 12-15 mins walk to Earlsfield station. There are also good bus links. You would be sharing with me (and my cat). The room has an adjacent bathroom that would be for exclusive use by the tenant. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and 2 bedside lockers so the large room has lots of storage. There is also a really nice lounge with a 65" television and of course this room is available as part of the room.
Sharing with a live in landlord. I'm decent company and I'm also happy to leave a tenant to themselves. Or a mix. I like music and gigs, cycling, reading and a good film. I'm quiet and tidy.
Kitchen has a gas hob and the usual mod-cons including a rice cooker and an air fryer.
