We’re looking for a new housemate!
We're 3 friends - Sam, Yelena and Emily - looking for a replacement for our 4th housemate who's now moving on.
The house is 5 minutes' walk from Wimbledon Park tube station on the District line, 5 minutes from the park itself and just as close to shops. All bills together have been £125 a month, including council tax which is band F.
The only requirements are that you’re clean & tidy in the common areas and quiet at night. Besides that we’re very laid back =)
We have one very cute cat, who's mostly outdoors or in Yelena's room. Low maintenance and nice to pet.
