Double room for 1 in Wimbledon Park Bills Incl.

We have one double room available for one person from 11 June (cover picture) and another one with a TV from 20 July also for one person.

The house is very conveniently located:
5 min. walk to Wimbledon Park station (District Line), perfect connection to the centre of Wimbledon and the centre of London; 8 min. walk to Earlsfield train station, 156 bus stop in front of the house. Walking distance to the beautiful Wimbledon Village, Southfields and Wimbledon Park full of green space, tennis courts etc.

The house has a garden and 4 bedrooms (each for single occupancy) with 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. You will be sharing with 3 other friendly and easy-going females - all of us are working full-time. We keep the house clean and tidy and are respectful to others. There is a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere pretty much all the time (we usually socialise outside) so our house share would most suit a like-minded person and someone who is looking for a space to rest after work work from home etc.

Both rooms are bright and spacious, furnished with a wardrobe, double bed, a desk/table, large bookshelf and a TV in one of them - please see the pictures.

All bills (WiFi, water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence) are included.
