Hi I’m Rishita living in a property looking for a new tidy flatmate as my current flatmate is moving out.

Would consider someone working full time and is clean and tidy.

One double bedroom is available to rent. The room comes with build in closet which is enough for one person and the bed has 4 drawers as well for storage.
Living, kitchen and bathroom would be shared.

The property is 7 minutes walk from Wimbledon park tube station and there’s bus stop right in front of the property. The connectivity is good as I’m living here almost a year now.
Wimbledon park with a beautiful lake is a 8 minute walk and the place is close by good pubs and restaurants.
Also, sainsbury and coop are also right in front of the house which is super convenient for day to day groceries.
It’s a nice quite lavish area to live in.

The room is furnished and the rent is inclusive of all the bills.

Council tax band D
Electricity, council, gas and broadband included.

Would need past references and guarantor.
