Lovely double room available in Earlsfield

Hello everyone! 👋🏽

I am renting my room out for one year with the potential to extend. I absolutely love living here but will be moving to Australia / Asia for around a year.

Location
We are based in between Earlsfield & Wimbledon Park. Both areas / stations are a 10 minute walk so super accessible into central via rail or the district line. Also really well connected by bus to Wandsworth/Battersea. There is also a 10/10 farmers market just round the corner every Saturday!

The house:
A lovely four bed with a garden and seating we’ve just renovated for summer BBQ’s! A large kitchen dining room with a dishwasher and washing mashing, your own shelf in the fridge and a Nintendo Wii for some overly competitive Wii sports resort.

House mates
Will (26), works in tech. Works from home a couple of days a week. A bit early bird who’s regularly at the gym, cycling or play guitar (he’s actually good dw).

Meg (24), works in social media marketing. Mostly working from home. Loves cycling, run clubs and Hyrox! Aka just slaying in life! 👌

You?!:
We are look 1 girl to keep the house an even split. You like to socialise but also respect other boundaries and alone time. We all became close in the house and would go for coffee, to the pub; sit in the garden together and have breakfast together on the weekends and hope you’ll slot into this too. You’ll (probably) be in your twenties and (definitely) have a good personality.

Room 1: £700
This room is located on the first floor. Comes with a bed frame, mattress, desk and built in wardrobes with storage.
