I’m Livia, I’m 31, I’m Italian and I work in central London as a pastry chef. I live in a cute 2bed flat next to Wimbledon Park station and I’m looking for a new chilled and friendly flatmate to share it with.
The room comes unfurnished apart from a good size wardrobe, but I’ve been living in the flat for over 3 years now and it comes with all the comforts (2 fridges and lovely plants included!).
The flat is next to the tube station, so extremely convenient for professionals who work in London, super close to the beautiful Wimbledon park and to a handy Coop down the road, and just a short walk to Wimbledon village.
I am a super chilled person and I’d love to live with someone I can hang out with as well as respecting each other’s privacy.
I’ve been treating this flat as my own and maintaining it clean is an absolute must for me! Having said so, I’d never say no to a good glass of vino or cooking together some nice dinner!
