Wimbledon Park Sublet

Hi! We are currently moving out of our rental in Wimbledon park.

The bedroom is 3.6m x 3.75m with a large built in closet. The bedroom and living areas have great natural light throughout the day, and get the afternoon sun. The bedroom is quiet and private with a nice outlook.

The house has a garden, large living room and attached kitchen, 1 bath and a study which goes mostly unused.

There is a Sainsbury’s 20m from the front door which is extremely handy, and a bus stop outside which takes you direct to Clapham Junction in 15 minutes. The flat is a 5 minute walk from the tube station which is on the District line.

The house is suitable for another couple or a single young professional. The current housemates that you will be sharing with are a 25 and 28 year old couple from Australia and New Zealand, who are great flatmates and enjoy the occasional game night, pub lunch or tennis game.
