We have a double bedroom for a single occupier in this beautiful well located house, just a 0-5 minute walking distance to Wimbledon Park Station.

It is ideal for those looking for a short transport commute and the vibrant life of Wimbledon, Earlsfield, and Southfield.

House Features:

The communal area is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, washing machine, microwave, and all essential kitchen appliances.

We don’t charge a deposit. However, a £200 holding fee is required to secure the room — this will be deducted from your final balance.

After making the payment, please email your documents. You will then need to visit our office to pay the following.

The first two weeks of the rent

The last two weeks (notice period)

A one-time payment of £200 covers utility bills for the first three months of the contract.

If you choose to extend the contract on a rolling basis after this period, no additional utility payments will be required.

We provide maintenance, cleaning, and Wi-Fi free of charge — they’re on us, so they’re not included in your bills or rent. It’s just our way of keeping things comfortable for everyone!

All the flatmates here are young professionals who keep things clean and are easygoing, so we’re looking for someone similar to join.
