Hi all. I am looking for a flatmate in a 2 bed flat. My current flatmate is moving back to Hungary. I have been living in this property since 2017 hence the amazing price.
Internet/council tax and water comes to about £135 per person a month. Electricity/gas is between £62-£100+ per month for 2 people depending on the season.
Wimbledon Park station (District Line) is across the road, with great connections.
We have post office, 24/7 shop, pubs, a few other shops, a Coop and a pharmacy in walking distance.
I am 38 years old, professional, looking for a female flatmate. Not a party flat/building.
I would like to find someone to share the tenancy with me, everything 50/50, moving in date is 01/07.
The rooms are spacious, this is a great opportunity for a professional female.
