Large double room w/ home office, ideal for couple

I'm looking for an individual or couple to rent the master double bedroom and office room in a spacious terraced house in Wimbledon Park (SW19).

The house is a 5 minute walk to Wimbledon Park station (District Line) and a 12 minute walk to Earlsfield (South West Trains), so is an straightforward commute to the City or West London.

The space is ideal for a couple who want a quiet and high-quality family-style home with plenty of their own space and good options for working from home. The house is newly refurbished as of 2025.

The lease would come with two rooms: The master bedroom comes furnished with a king-sized bed, wardrobe, cupboards and bedside table. Then there is a separate home office furnished as such, with additional wardrobe space and the option of wired internet. There is a bathroom on the same floor that is shared with one other room.

Rent does not include bills which are a fixed £150 each per month for water, gas, electricity, council tax (band E), WiFi, TV licence. The WiFi is new fibre optic which is extremely fast and reliable. Notice period 1 month.

The kitchen is very spacious with a dining table and sliding doors to the garden, it's great for dinner parties and we've had some good ones in the past. The house is 5 minutes walk from Wimbledon Tennis and you can hear the crowd on match days!

Rent: £1800 per month, home office included

About me: I am originally from West London, I work in PR and am generally in the office 4 or 5 days per week. I rent the loft room in the house.
