Looking for a cool flatmate in Wimbledon Park

Hi, We are looking for a replacement tenant in our lovely two bed flat right next to Wimbledon Park and tube station.

I am relocating to a different area for work and am so sad to be saying goodbye to this flat which has been home for almost two years.

This is a two bedroom unfurnished flat - the living room has been furnished by us but the furniture in the bedroom will be coming with me.

You will be living with a cool, clean and respectful guy called Andy. He’s into good music, gaming online and a cheeky cold pint :)

The rent is £875 pcm due on the 1st of each month. The deposit is £1,010.00.

The bills are as follows:

Water - £70 every six months
Electric - £40 pcm in summer, £70 in winter
Council tax - £104.50 per month

NO AGENCY but will have to prove right to rent, and provide evidence of income + previous landlord reference.
