Housemate wanted ASAP in Wimbledon Park

Hi!! We're looking for a new person to join this lovely house near Wimbledon Park for £690pm (not including bills). It's a joint tenancy so you will be taking over our housemate's side of the lease from mid November onwards. Deposit is 5 weeks worth of rent (DM for details).

You have:
- Your own unfurnished bedroom (3.5x2.2m) - Shared office/break room upstairs
- A lovely open kitchen and living room
- The garden has been recently done up so you can use it for BBQs/nice little socials.

The area:
- 10 min walk from Wimbledon Park Station
- Really convenient to get to Wimbledon (10-15m bus ride) / Wandsworth (15m)
- A walk away from Wimbledon Park, where you can play tennis, run etc.
- You'll find some independent cafes, a pizza guy round the pub makes delicious fresh pizzas, Saturdays farmers market, a huge LIDL and Home Bargains, and a Co-op, few food places and a Morrisons corner shop.

You'll be living with me, a spin instructor and personal trainer, who also loves going on walks in parks, yoga, journalling, photography, Japanese language and culture, learning other languages, and playing video games.

Meet the other housemate (and my sister):
I'm a video editor, creative and dancer, I love movies, games, karaoke and some good food. Looking for someone who’s had their share with weekly house cleaning. A housemate who’s respectful and someone we can chat to.
