I have the opportunity to work abroad for a while, which means we have a double room available in our 4 bedroom house, available from mid February 2026.

We’re an all girl house - you’ll be living with Sophie, Issy and Tyler (26-30). We’re all very friendly and enjoy time together watching sports/movies/trash tv and the odd house outing, but also lead very busy individual lives, and respect each others space and time!

- Furnished with a double bed, mattress and wardrobe. Other furniture will be available for cheap sale if interested!

- Large window overlooking the garden, gets gorgeous light in the afternoons and very quiet as it’s away from the road.

- Plenty of space for a desk/WFH

- Female, ideally aged mid 20’s - mid 30’s, to match our household dynamic

- Income: minimum £22,050 pa - full time employment required (landlord requirement)

- If self-employed for less than 1 year, a UK-based guarantor is required

- Deposit exchange handled directly between outgoing & incoming tenant once the agreement is signed
