Double Room in Wimbledon - Available from May

Looking for someone to take over the room from my current flatmate who's moving in with his gf. Its a 2 bedroom flat near Wimbledon Park (~5 min walk to the tube station) or ~20min walk to Wimbledon station and the bus stops near it. The flat is on the first floor of a very quiet, residential area, with occasional cars and planes going over, train/tube noises are barely audible.

Price is £1,049 pcm each (including council tax, which is Band D). Bills are around £50 for gas and electricity. We have Virgin full fibre installed and pay for one of the higher packages so Internet is solid, and will be going for a contract renewal around the time of the move in date so price would be subject to change.

Everything shown in the bedroom is included except for the posters, the desk and the chair. All appliances in the kitchen are also included and have been working fine. Left appliance is the freezer with 4 drawers, and right is a fridge with 4 shelves and a crisper. The washer is a washer dryer. Everything in the living room will also be there apart from the hung up posters. The corridor photo is taken from where your room would be, with my room being next to the bathroom so there's a good degree of separation.

I work full time, going into the office 5 days a week with regular working hours. I'm clean and keep shares areas tidy with regular cleaning.
