Hey everyone! One of our flatmates is moving on, so we have a room opening up in our peaceful Wimbledon Park home 🏡

Full Transparency:

All of us current housemates are planning to move out in mid October. This makes the room perfect for someone looking for a short-term summer spot OR a group of friends! If you have mates planning to move to London around then, you could easily take over come October and keep this house to yourselves.

The Location & Transport:

If you love a quiet, green neighborhood but still need a quick, reliable commute, this is the perfect spot:

Wimbledon Park Station (District Line): Just a 6 minute walk away.
Earlsfield Station (Overground): About a 13 minute walk for fast trains into Waterloo.
Bus 156: Stops right outside the house and goes straight to Vauxhall via Clapham Junction.

The Neighborhood:

Super close to Wimbledon Park itself. Sainsbury’s Local and Co-Op are within a 5 minute walk. There are some decent pubs nearby, including a great local with happy hour deals!

The House & Room

The Room: Plenty of space to comfortably work from home, and store all your things.
The Space: A lovely 3 bedroom property with a decent sized backyard. Perfect for summer BBQs, drinks, etc.
The Bathroom: You will only be sharing the main bathroom with one other person (the couple in the house has their own ensuite!).

The Flatmates

Until October, you’ll be sharing with three kiwis who are friendly easy going young professionals: two guys (aged 26 and 28) and one girl (aged 25, who forms a couple with one of the guys).

We love keeping a clean, relaxed home. Our ideal flatmate is someone who is down for a pub trip and likes to join us in the lounge to watch Love Island (the boys are more invested than me btw!)

The Details

Rent: £850 per month (couples welcome, but rent would increase)
Bills: Usually around £150 per month
Available from: Around 17th July (TBC) until mid-October (with the option for a full lease takeover with your friends after).
