I have a large double room available in a lovely 3 bedroom flat in Wimbledon Park.

The room has just been redecorated and is furnished with a double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a full length mirror. There is space to add a desk if you’re working from home.

The flat itself is really cosy with a big living room, new kitchen and bathroom, and a slightly overgrown garden! All mod cons included - Virgin Media, super fast WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher. There’s also loads of storage space and a free resident’s car park outside.

Transport links are great:
10 mins walk from Wimbledon Park tube (on the District Line)
5 mins on the bus to Wimbledon for the overland train.
10 mins walk to Haydons Road station for trains to St Pancras, Blackfriars and the City.
The 156 bus also passes right outside and goes to Wimbledon, Vauxhall and Clapham Junction.

I own the flat and live here at the moment but am moving to Devon in October. I’ll be keeping some of my stuff in the third bedroom but will be there very rarely, so most of the time you’ll be sharing with just my flatmate Ross.

Ross is in his 30s and is a sports journalist who is mad about football and cricket. He’s a great guy and has lived here for the last 3 years.

Ideal new flatmates would be easy going and sociable but also house trained and relatively clean and tidy. No preference between male or female but no couples please.

Move in date can be flexible from the 8th October. Rent is £750 a month and includes all bills and a weekly cleaner.
