The Housemate
Will only share with One (me! :) almost though we are 2 single fun, friendly, respectful, easygoing. Both lead busy work & social lives. Clean, considerate, who appreciates chillax quiet time at home. Not a party house though appreciates to share laughs on occasional TV humour, chip in to Sunday roasts, etc. or have chats prepping meals or having a quick bite/drinks. I get along, hang out & friends of all ages - children to elderly who enjoy my company :)

The Location
3-4 mins walk to Wimbledon Park tube station (District). Easy access too by bus, tube, BR, tram and A3. 10-12 mins walk to Earlsfield Rail Station. 1 stop to Clapham Junction. Buses 156 & 39 few mins walk . 2 mins walk to Wimbledon Park gate with plenty of tennis courts, a lake, an athletic track, crazy golf, etc. Tree-lined street, very friendly, nice, safe neighbourhood.

The House
Clean, light & airy with open-plan spacious sitting area & another separate lounge in front of the house. Kitchen/diner, bi-fold doors that opens to patio/garden. Fitted kitchen incl washing machine, 2.5 bathrooms (2 bathrooms 1-toilet in each floor).

Bills incl :
High speed unlimited WiFi-fibre broadband. council tax, TV Lic. Electricity, heating & water. Cleaner at specified shared areas.

The Room
Big bright high ceiling double room 16.5' x 10.5' w/ plenty of storage fitted wardrobes chest of drawers, shelves, mirrors, king size bed w bedside tables/lamps.

The Amenities
Sainsbury's, Co-op less than 5 mins walk to Wimbledon Park. Waitrose/Tesco/M&S 10 mins walk towards Wimbledon or Southfields. Coffee shops, post office, gyms & other amenities are just outside the tube station & surrounding areas. Gym, bars, pubs restaurants too.

You
The usual must for sharers: Clean, tidy, considerate. Responsible and respectful. Pref not WfH tho’ occasional ok or can be discussed. I travel a lot, so would prefer someone who treats the place as own Home & is responsible.
