Sainsbury's, Co-op less than 5 mins walk to Wimbledon Park. Waitrose/Tesco/M&S 10 mins walk towards Wimbledon or Southfields. Coffee shops, post office, gyms & other amenities are just outside the tube station & surrounding areas. Gym, bars, pubs restaurants.

Share with 2 single Friendly respectful people (both lead busy work & social lives). Clean, considerate who appreciates chillax quiet time @home. Not a party house though appreciates to share laughs on occasional TV humour, chip in to Sunday roasts, etc. or have chats prepping meals or having a quick bite/drinks.
