We are a professional couple looking for a flatmate to join our two bedroom Wimbledon village flat on an 11-month contract. The property is a new build located in a wonderful location, 10 mins walk from Wimbledon main station.

We have fully furnished the flat, and the bedroom comes with a double bed, a private bathroom and built-in storage.

Regarding deposits and fees, possible tenants will have to go through a referencing process with the letting agent. A £50 fee will be required to get added to the existing contract. There no other deposits or required fees. Bills are exclusive of the £850 rent.

A gym is located in central Wimbledon and other amenities including supermarkets, restaurants, and pubs are located just across the road from the flat.
