The flat is perfectly located, just a 10min walk to the shops, restaurants, and cafes in Wimbledon village, a 5min walk to Wimbledon common, and 20min walk to Wimbledon station. Alternatively there is a bus stop just outside the flat which goes to both Wimbledon, and Raynes parks stations and, Colliers Wood for the Northern line.

Currently just one other housemate who is a very friendly and sociable young professional, the third room is currently empty and also looking for an occupant. The landlord is excellent, very responsive to issues and will give you lots of say with any changes of housemates, which has meant the atmosphere the house has always remained very plesent.
