The Flat
I have a double room with a private bathroom available in a modern 2-bedroom, 2 bathrooms flat in Wimbledon, situated north of the village near the common. There is a private patio leading onto a shared garden.

Parking
There is private parking throughout the Cul de Sac (no permit is required)

The Room
The room comes furnished with a bed, mattress, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom also has a large chest of drawers.

Transport Links

The flat is located no more than a 30 second walk from ‘Albemarle’ bus stop. It is a stone’s throw from Wimbledon common and roughly 5-10-minutes to Wimbledon village.
• The 93 bus goes to Wimbledon and Putney stations every 2-5 minutes and takes roughly 10 minutes to get to Wimbledon and Putney. Once at these stations you have access to the district line, national rail, and tram link.
• From Wimbledon station, a train can take you to London Waterloo in just under 20 minutes every 3 minutes.
• Southfield’s tube is a 12- 15-minute walk depending on how quick you walk.
• Car: Less than 3 minutes in a car to the A3

Me

I’m very sad to be saying goodbye to my current flatmate as her sponsored visa has come to an end. I’m hoping for someone just as easy going, sociable, friendly who is up for both a chilled night and going out for dinner.
I’m a golfer, rifle shooter and love being outdoors. I’m have my own Kayak - feel free to join me. I work for KPMG as a Business case consultant. I either work from home, various offices around London or travel abroad to client site. Non smoker

I’m looking for a female working professional mid 20’s to 30’s, I would love for you to feel at home in the flat and feel comfortable living with me. I would hope we would become friends and enjoy spending time together.

You would sign a lodger’s agreement with myself.

Pets
I love dogs but the flat isn’t hugely equipped to deal with mud, so sadly not pets unless it’s a turtle!
