Room in newly renovated 2 bed garden flat

I’m looking for a flatmate to share my high end newly renovated, fully finished 2 bed ground floor garden flat.

I generally live with my partner during the week so you’d have the flat to yourself most of the week. Occasional weekend stays are okay if prearranged.

The flat is a 12min walk from Wimbledon station, a 15min walk to Wimbledon Village and a 5 minute walk from Wimbledon Common snd 3 pubs.

Council tax band D. All other bills included including water, electricity, gas, broadband, Netflix and Amazon Prime. I have a parking space that you can use during the week. I need it on weekends.
