Hello! We’re a Japanese family in Wimbledon and we’re renting out one room in our three-bed flat.

A good-sized double room with built-in storage—great if you have lots of belongings.

Shared kitchen and bathroom

All bills included: water, gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, and Council Tax (typically around £200/month elsewhere)

Central heating and double glazing; EPC rating C

Professional cleaners come every two weeks to clean the kitchen and bathroom

About a 10-minute walk to Wimbledon Station (District line / National Rail / Tramlink) Plenty of cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby

Wimbledon is one of London’s safest, greenest, and quietest areas

Long-term let preferred; minimum 6 months

We have a 3-year-old son, so someone who likes children would be a good fit
