My flatmate and I are moving into a new place with a friend, so we are looking for two people to take over our rooms in this lovely 5-bedroom flat! You’ll be sharing with three other housemates.

The Room & Flat

The Location: Right on Wimbledon Village High Street, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Transport Links: The nearest bus stop is just a minute away, and the tube station is a 10–15 minute walk.

The rooms receive plenty of sunlight. It is the responsibility of all the flatmates to keep the house clean, so cleaning chores are shared equally.

Bills: An additional £150/month per room to cover all household bills.
