Looking for an easy going flatmate for a bright and spacious flatshare. In a green and quiet residential part of North London in Winchmore Hill.
There's a large single room available (fits a double bed) in a 2 bedroom flat on the 2nd floor of a converted period building. Currently getting new furniture, but can also be removed as required.
The flat is a short walk to two parks, and a 5 minute bus (10m walk) ride to Oakwood tube/Grange Park rail station. It's also just a couple of minutes walk to a large Sainsbury's.
I'm a relaxed guy, looking to find someone similar to share with. I work in IT and am working at home atm. Enjoy gaming, learning languages, TV, etc. Pretty quiet flat and area if you like that.
