I am looking for a friendly , laid-back , tidy female or male to enjoy living cosy house with a garden in an amazing area and location - its 10 mins walk to Southgate station with Piccadilly Line and Winchmore Hill Train station in walking distance , bus stop is 1 min away with Bus number 125 running every 5-10 mins.

The House with all amenities , beautiful garden and deck /balcony , shared bathroom with bath ,

all Utility bills and fast broadband internet including in the rent , can share my Netflix with the right flatmate :)

The room has double bed, build in wardrobe ,desk , its very bright gets lot of sunshine .
